v2.2:

Fixed a bug that prevented hauling villages.
Fixed resources bug. Now you get correct resource, even on slow worlds.
Added some features to the premium area.
Fixed coin minting. Now it calculates correctly coins to next nobleman.
Added a village check to calculate the correct farm.
Increased gold coins when you buy. Also the prices for the premium features were recalculated.
