I don't agree with it!!!!!! You want to know why? Here:
1. Bigger players won't kill someone to the end and this is really good to know that you destroyed someone
2.When i have 11 milions poits on my world rank 1 i can't attack 2 rank and 3 rank player couse they have sleep mode all the time so who i can attack now (nobody) couse rank 4 is in my tribe and the rest of players have less then 550,000 poins and i will attackonly players like them

I don't agree with it!!!! You want to know why? Here:
1. When you are taking you enemy you can't kill him i mean to 0 points, and this is bad.
2 I'm that big player which clownx is taking about and on Beta v4.0 i'm rank 1 and i have 11 milion points so the rank 2 player and rank 4 which have more than 2 mln they are under sleep mode all the time so who i will attack if this ratio 20:1 if player rank 3 is in my tribe and the under guys have less than 500k points. And i need player with 550k but there's nobody for me. 

That's why i think that's a bed idea. But:
 Maybe longer BEGINNER PROTECTION will be ok i mean 2 days couse in this time i get there 3mln 

That's my idea for that problem.

one thing I realized .. you do not care if someone is offended here (as it would any good site administrator) and I'll tell you more, for the offenses in ALL sites you are banned.
Obviously you can not touch this your supposed friend (you know who I'm talking about), your only suggestion was "block sender" ... too easy to wash your hands in this way, while a good administrator would have to take serious steps to this .
